Monica is back doing what she does best – singing ballads… On “Everything to Me” she samples one of my favorite songs from my childhood that my Dad used to play all of the time, “Silly” by Deniece Williams… The video for the song dropped last night and she looks absolutely fabulous in it. Chad Johnson a.k.a. Chad OchoCinco of the Cincinnati Bengals plays her leading man, with his delicious chocolate self…

I am SO READY for her album, “Still Standing” to drop! I’ve been a fan of hers since her first album… I’ll always remember, “Just One of them Days” playing on the bus ride to school in like kindergarten or 1st grade… LOL

New Mixtapes! – Chris Brown and Teedra Moses

Chris Brown’s mixtape: “In My Zone:Gangsta Grillz” is wayyyyyyyyyyyy better than his last album effort, “Graffiti”! Filled with R&B and Hip-Hop jams, this is exactly what Chris needed to release, with his sexy self… LOL

One of my favorite singers, Teedra Moses released a mixtape as well! Entitled, “Royal Patience Compilation”, the album is filled with smooth jams similar to Complex Simplicity… She definitely needs to release another album! I’m so happy Rihanna released one of my favorite songs from her album as a single and now she’s already released the official video to “Rude Boy”! This was the first song I heard from her album that I liked off break… And the video is definitely fab! Check it out below!

Baltimore Meteorologist Freaking Out About Blizzard 2010

It’s rather smooth. I was definitely waiting for something new to drop from Erykah but she did just give birth to a new baby on February 1 with longtime boyfriend and rapper Jay Electronica. They named their baby girl, Mars Merkaba.
